Australia is a country of a multicultural setting. It is vital that we educate our young generation about the importance of a cohesive community. Cultural competence is a compulsory unit of Early Childhood education. The cultural competence seminar is training course aimed at building capability around cultural diversity in the workplace. It features engaging presentation, case studies, multimedia learning modules and a wealth of resources. This module is aimed at Early Childhood educators and Early childhood education centres to ensure a cohesive and culturally competence environment.
